the washroom could've been cleaner (there was a little smell). but the friendly staff helped with luggage, the location was super convenient (just blocks from the airport bus stop), and there was hot water with great pressure in the shower!

Magnificent small family run hotel location close enough to a fabulous supermarket on the street below, a major grocery store and several monuments and a very nice orthodox church. Newly renovated unit with shared bathroom.

Liked spending my time in this clean boutique hotel. My room was large with balcony. Its location only a short distance to Muzey Iskusstv "umay" Art Museum was excellent. This venue was in a trendy area close enough to the best Kazak restaurant, and a great supermarket.

Staff offered great help with luggage, making our stay pleasant. The washroom cleanliness could use improvement.

The hotel is amazing location near all the main attractions. The staff was amazing. Our stay was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.

My wife says that climbing multiple flights of stairs with the kids was tough, especially with luggage. Better signage outside the hotel would help families locate it more easily.
